Daniele Carminati has been a Partner of the firm since 2014, Head of the Middle East and Turkey Desk and carries out his activity at the offices in Rome and Milan. Daniele mainly deals with contracts and opinions in the field of commercial law, corporate law and private international law. Daniele is an expert in the drafting and negotiation of supply and construction contracts at national and international level; has consolidated experience in the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts, engineering and project management contracts and ancillary documentation in the context of private procurement as well as EPC and O&M contracts and has a deep knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts and related practices. He mainly follows cross border operations in the Middle East area where he has acquired solid experience assisting Italian companies in various GCC countries. She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
