Claudio Cera has been a Partner of the firm since 2013 and carries out his activity at the offices in Rome and Milan. He has gained considerable experience in the acquisition and disposal of shareholdings in companies operating in various sectors and in particular in the real estate sector and in the energy sector. He has provided assistance, both for private individuals and public bodies, in the construction and acquisition or disposal of individual properties, real estate portfolios, shopping centers, hotels, renewable energy plants, as well as in the establishment of joint ventures and in operations extraordinary transactions of companies (mergers, contributions, capital operations). He also regularly provides assistance for financial profiles in the context of the aforementioned transactions and is an expert in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts and of various kinds. Claudio also has an in-depth knowledge of urban planning, cadastral, building, financial, administrative, tariff and tax aspects relating to the acquisitions and divestments of companies, companies, renewable energy plants and properties. He is also involved in estate planning. He has assisted and assists some of the major national and international players operating in the real estate market (including real estate funds and asset management companies) and energy. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
