Carlo Trucco has been a Partner of the firm since 2015 and carries out his activity mainly at the Milan office. Carlo mainly deals with mergers, acquisitions, transfers of company branches, joint ventures and distressed acquisitions and other corporate transactions carried out by private equity funds, Italian and multinational companies, in the domestic and international sphere. He also provides assistance in relation to financial and corporate restructuring and reorganization operations as well as assists banks, asset management companies and financial intermediaries in relation to regulatory aspects of a financial and banking nature. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
