Carlo Emanuele has extensive experience in franchising and distribution systems and has assisted leading international groups in the introduction and implementation of distribution systems in Italy, as well as national groups in expanding their business worldwide, being recognized as a primary lawyer specializing in franchising from International Who's Who of Business Lawyers .
