Bio

Alberto Bianco joined the studio in 2015 as a Partner. Alberto deals with legal assistance applied to extraordinary finance operations including acquisitions and disposals of companies and shareholdings, leveraged buy outs , mergers, demergers and corporate reorganisations also aimed at managing the generational handover in family businesses. In particular, he assists leading private equity funds or Italian and foreign companies in investment / acquisition and exit / divestment operations, starting from the structuring of the operation up to its execution. Alberto has also gained significant experience in debt restructuring and corporate crisis management operations, having successfully completed numerous agreements with creditors (both liquidators and business continuity) as well as various recovery procedures pursuant to art . 67, paragraph 3, lett. d) and art. 182bis of the bankruptcy law. He is a teacher and speaker of numerous masters and conferences as well as the author of many publications on corporate, commercial and bankruptcy matters. He is a member of AIFI's Tax & Legal Commission.
