Bio

Dr. Christian Mock is a partner in the Corporate Department and is based in the firm's Frankfurt office. He counsels investors and their portfolio companies (on both the buy-side and the sell-side) on PE/M&A transactions, including (i) cross-border and domestic transactions, (ii) share and asset deals, (iii) roll-overs, (iv) minority investments, (v) co-investments/joint ventures and (vi) distressed equity/debt. Dr. Mock has also extensive transactional experience in (pre-)insolvency related situations. In 2006, Dr. Mock was seconded to the Special Situations Group of Morgan Stanley Bank International Limited, London. Dr. Mock studied law at the University of Marburg and the University of Hamburg. He completed his first bar exam in 2001, his second bar exam in 2004 and his doctoral thesis on general civil law in 2006.
