Brandon Howald is a partner and Vice Chair of the Firm's Global Private Equity Practice. Mr. Howald focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other corporate and securities law matters. Mr. Howald has represented private equity funds, public companies, and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and other corporate transactions, and he has represented issuers and underwriters in connection with securities offerings. He has also assisted companies in connection with securities law compliance and reporting and general corporate and business matters. In addition, Mr. Howald has represented companies and executives in connection with employment agreements and equity incentive plans and agreements. He has represented clients in matters in various industries, including, among others, technology, software, data centers, healthcare, fitness, services, food and beverage, apparel and consumer products.
