Alexis Terray is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Paris office. His practice focuses in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. He has extensive experience in leverage buy-out transactions for investment funds and management teams, for which he is recognized as one of the best French specialized lawyers. He regularly represents French and foreign clients in strategic transactions, such as corporate restructurings, asset and share acquisitions and disposals, and joint ventures.
