Jeremy Veit is a partner in the Corporate Department, where he is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group and the Private Equity Group. Jeremy focuses his practice on the full spectrum of private equity transactions, including leveraged acquisitions of both public and private targets, as well as equity and debt financings. He also has experience in both public and private securities offerings, fund formation, executive compensation and general corporate matters.
