Bio

Bryan Allen is a member of the firm’s corporate transactions group, with emphasis on securities, intellectual property transactions, mergers and acquisitions and private investment funds. Mr. Allen assists private and public companies with securities offerings, public company compliance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance issues. Mr. Allen assists companies with licensing, joint venture and other transactions and agreements involving intellectual property and other rights. He also advises hedge funds, commodities pools and other private investment funds on formation, compliance and other matters. Mr. Allen graduated with a B.S. degree in Chinese Studies and a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Utah, both summa cum laude. In addition, he received a Masters of Religion degree, cum laude, from the Yale Divinity School.
