Bio

Jordan Temple represents a wide range of businesses and individuals on complex business issues. He advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, securities law compliance, and general corporate governance. He also counsels corporate venture capital divisions, family offices, and angel investors on investments into startups and emerging companies. He has represented clients in transactions ranging from less than $1 million to more than $1 billion, including purchases and sales of entire businesses, registered and exempt offerings of debt and equity securities, investments in emerging growth companies, and buyouts of business partners. Prior to law school, Jordan gained valuable experience as a financial analyst for a legal technology company. While attending law school, he worked as a law clerk in the litigation and preventive law department at GE Aviation and served as an articles editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review.
