Kathryn Mckinley practice emphasizes real estate, banking, creditors’ rights and commercial law. Her clients include individuals as well as developers, financial institutions, and a variety of businesses. She enjoys working with clients to further their goals and to solve legal problems that may affect those goals. Having been a client in her former business career, she places a high value on client relations and communications. Solving legal puzzles and achieving solutions that make sense and work for the client are what she loves about practicing law. Ms. McKinley is active in the legal community and is a frequent speaker at continuing education seminars.
