Bio

Bobby has nearly a decade of experience helping clients structure transactions, draft and negotiate agreements and solve complex legal problems. Bobby’s deep experience includes licensing, collaboration, development, commercialization, manufacturing, supply, distribution and other commercial agreements, as well as startup, financing, acquisition and other general corporate matters. He has worked with some of the world’s largest companies, with small locally-owned businesses, and with a lot in between, across a wide range of industries including technology, life sciences, media and consumer product. Before joining Osborn McDerby, Bobby practiced with Covington & Burling LLP in San Francisco, in the technology transactions group and the general corporate group, and with a small law firm in Oakland focused on creative capital raising strategies for mission-driven companies. He graduated from Harvard Law School, where he was an executive editor of the Harvard Law Review, and has been named a Rising Star by Northern California Super Lawyers for five consecutive years (2013 – 2017).
