Bio

Franziska Grafin Grote is a member of the International Arbitration Group in the Düsseldorf offices of Orrick. Her practice focuses on national and international arbitration as well as commercial litigation. Franziska advises and represents clients in arbitration proceedings related to corporate law, post M&A disputes, construction law, energy law and investment law and she has acted under various rules, e.g. ICC Rules, DIS Rules, ICSID Rules, UNCITRAL Rules and in ad hoc proceedings. In addition, she is regularly appointed as arbitrator. Further, she acts as counsel for global enterprises in disputes before the national German courts.
