Bio

José Cacho is a member of the Corporate Department. José’s practice focuses on corporate and financing transactions including mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and public finance. He also has considerable experience in assisting United States and foreign companies to establish operations in Puerto Rico including negotiating with pertinent government agencies and advising as to available tax and other location incentives.
