Bio

Ismael Vincenty-Medina is a member of the Corporate Department concentrating in Puerto Rico taxes. Ismael joined O’Neill & Borges in 2004 and has been in private law practice since 1994. Before joining the firm, he served as Chief Assistant Secretary for the Puerto Rico Treasury Department in charge of the areas of Internal Revenue, Tax Policy and Legislation. Ismael has extensive experience in assisting clients in tax audits and negotiations before the Puerto Rico Treasury Department and local municipalities, as well as providing tax advice and structuring business operations in Puerto Rico.
