Gerog Edelmann is co-head of the practice group Tax. He has many years of experience in advising on the tax structuring of major medium-sized companies, internationally active companies and financial institutions. His main areas of concentration are group reorganisation, financing of groups with cross-border activities and the structuring of company acquisitions and digital business models. In these areas, he also assists clients with tax audits and tax court proceedings.
