Matthew Lam is a co-founding partner and managing partner of Nixon Peabody CWL. He is also a partner of the Corporate Department and China Practice Group. He has extensive experience working on corporate and commercial matters, cross-border transactions, corporate finance, project finance, intellectual property litigation and trademark protection in Hong Kong and mainland China. His work also involves government relations and public policy.
