Amy Keefe is a partner in Nixon Peabody’s Private Equity and Investment Funds group. She works extensively in the M&A space, representing both public and private strategic buyers as well as sellers of privately held businesses. In the PE and Family Office space, she advises investors, funds, and family offices in connection with direct/portfolio investments, portfolio companies, and exit transactions.
