Chavalit Uttasart is Managing and Founding Partner of SCL Law Group (“SCL”). Before establishing the Group in 2005, he was a partner at International Legal Counsellors Thailand Ltd. (ILCT) (Russin&Vecchi). As head of SCL, Chavalit Uttasart actively oversees all practices and service areas, as well as events and activities for SCL.
