Bio

Gaudenz Zindel specializes in corporate and commercial law, particularly the law on corporations and limited liability companies and construction law. He advises public and privately held companies as well as private clients. He focuses on shareholders meetings, board of directors and corporate governance issues. His experience includes mergers, joint ventures and reorganisations, including corporate successions, of private and listed entities. He is the former editor-in-chief of Swiss Lawyers Journal (SJZ/RSJ) and regularly publishes articles on corporate and commercial law. From 2004 to 2017 Gaudenz Zindel was head of the annual Conferences on Corporation Law at the Europe Institute at the University of Zurich.
