Bio

Cristina W. DeMento focuses her practice on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions and joint ventures. She also advises clients on general corporate matters, internal restructurings, shareholders agreements, business contracts and securities issues. Her clients include entrepreneurs, private equity and venture firms, family offices and public and private companies in a wide variety of industries, including health care, manufacturing, energy, technology, financial services and insurance. Tina has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America since 2015. Tina has been listed as a Rising Star in the 2016 edition of Illinois Super Lawyers. While in law school, Tina was a member of the Order of the Coif and an Articles Editor for the New York University Law Review.
