Avram I. Feldman counsels clients in complex corporate and real estate transactions and general corporate matters, including the formation of joint ventures, acquisition and divestiture transactions and private equity investments. Avram has represented clients ranging from public companies to privately held companies and individuals. He has represented buyers, sellers, owners and operators, developers and investors in domestic and international transactions. He has extensive experience with real estate investment trusts (REITs). He also has extensive experience in representing high net worth individuals in business planning relating to closely held businesses, estate planning vehicles, family partnerships, divorce and other family and shareholder disputes.
