Philippe Remels specialises in various areas of corporate law, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets transactions, corporate restructurings, joint-ventures and shareholders' agreements. He advises both domestic and international clients on a variety of matters. He has extensive experience with and comprehensive knowledge of regulated sectors such as life sciences, healthcare, chemicals and energy. Philippe received his law degree in 1998 from KU Leuven and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Cambridge in 2000. In 1998, he started his career at an international, top-tier firm where in 2009 he was appointed counsel and subsequently promoted to the partnership. He joined NautaDutilh as a partner in 2018.
