Margaretha Wilkenhuysen is a partner with the firm and the head of NautaDutilh's Corporate practice in Luxembourg. She specialises in cross-border corporate transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and international corporate restructuring. Margaretha also has extensive experience in corporate finance and the provision of corporate governance advice to listed companies. She represents both domestic and international clients in a wide range of high-end transactions.
