Seth Segan is a Partner in Morrison Cohen’s Corporate Department, where his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital/emerging company financings and other strategic corporate transactions. Seth has represented public and private companies and investment funds in complex business transactions across a broad range of industries. He also advises clients in connection with securities law compliance and reporting, corporate governance issues and other general commercial and transactional matters. Immediately prior to joining Morrison Cohen in 2015, Seth was an Associate in the M&A/Private Equity group of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson LLP in New York.
