Bio

Gary Brown is a corporate partner in Morrison & Foerster’s London office. He has extensive experience advising on complex cross-border transactions. Mr. Brown regularly advises European and U.S.-based clients on some of their most complex transactions, including cross-border M&A mandates, private equity buyouts, and joint ventures. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster in 2016, Mr. Brown practiced at an international law firm’s London office. During that appointment, he advised a broad range of clients on cross-border M&A transactions, including deals in the financial services, pharmaceutical, technology, manufacturing, and consumer goods industries. Mr. Brown received his LL.B. (Hons.) (First Class) from the University of Glasgow in 2005, and his Diploma in Legal Practice from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law in 2006. He is admitted to practice in England, Wales, and Scotland.
