Lauren Neal practice focuses on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, where she has significant trial experience, and appeals before the Delaware Supreme Court. She also has experience litigating complex cases in the Delaware Superior Court and the US District Court for the District of Delaware, and appeals before the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
