Mattias Vilhelm Warnøe Nielsen heads the Firm’s venture capital and startup practices. He engages in public M&A, private M&A, private equity, capital markets, and he has extensive experience with seed and venture capital investments. Mattias advises investors, growth companies and well-established companies on commercial issues, shareholder relations, raising of capital, incentives (ESOPs) and exits.
