Yosef Adler is Chair of our Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions Group and a Partner in our Business Law Group. He is a 2018 Lexpert Rising Star: Leading Lawyer Under 40. Yosef's practice focuses on working with the law to help his clients achieve their business goals. He collaborates with businesses, owner-operators, executives, management, entrepreneurs, and start-ups to solve problems in various stages of their growth process. Yosef frequently and successfully navigates mergers and acquisitions, maximizes the positive effect of corporate structures, arranges equity and debt financing, advises on shareholder disputes, and structures and negotiates business transactions. He counsels emerging companies, venture capital funds and investors that finance them, and strategic businesses that buy them. Counseling purchasers and vendors in local, national, and international mergers and acquisitions is a significant part of Yosef’s practice. He excels in advising businesses and private equity firms on how to acquire or divest businesses in the most effective manner. Yosef uses his extensive legal and business experience to draft and negotiate terms of agreement and deal structures. He enables succession plans and assists potential target companies in organizing and marketing themselves for acquisition.
