William Lehun is a Partner in the Real Estate Group and Business Law Group. Bill advises clients on buying, selling, and financing businesses and real estate. International financial transactions have been an area of specialization for Bill. He has advised many privately-held family investment companies based in the United States, the United Kingdom, and The Netherlands, representing them in the purchase, sale, and financing of both businesses and real estate. Other matters have involved liquor licence work and the development, purchase or sale of development properties including shopping centres and hotels. Clients come to Bill for his outstanding service and hands-on approach. He is able to help clients navigate through business purchases and real estate transactions and successfully brings clients together with other professionals when needed, such as financiers and architects.
