Bio

David Kutner is a Senior Partner and co-chair of the Commercial Real Estate Group. He has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, acting for purchasers, vendors, owners, lenders, and tenants of commercial real estate projects. Over the past several years, David has acted for clients with particular emphasis on property project development, financings, acquisitions, dispositions and REITs. David's project experience includes mixed-use developments, industrial facilities, and condominium developments. He also has a broad base of experience in public and private transactions. David often leads legal teams on complex transactions that require expertise from other members of the firm. It is his ability to include other people that allows him to serve as the outside "in-house" counsel for his clients. Clients respect David's ability to develop solutions to complex problems that enable them to maximize profits while ensuring their long term goals are achieved.
