Richard has been named a ‘Next Generation’ lawyer by Legal 500. Richard is an established member of the Restructuring and Insolvency team, with a background in disputes and litigation. He is the firm’s main advocate, regularly attending before the High Court to deal with various types of insolvency proceedings. His experience in the field enables him to advise Insolvency Practitioners, major lenders, companies, partnerships and individuals on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency. Richard tutors at The Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queen’s University on Insolvency Law.
