Glenn heads the pack of the next generation of corporate lawyers in Northern Ireland. Glenn has been named an ‘Associate to Watch’ by Chambers & Partners and received a recommendation by Legal 500. Glenn has significant expertise in both corporate and commercial matters, primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements and company restructurings. He is also a member of the firm’s Energy team, and advises clients on commercial issues including the financing, construction and disposal or acquisition of renewable energy assets.
