Adrian Kerr is ranked Band 1 by Chambers and Partners. Adrian is a Director and Head of the Construction Department. He acts for funders, developers, land owners, contractors, sub-contractors, tenants, insolvency practitioners and professionals advising on, negotiating and drafting construction documentation (both in published standard and bespoke form), including building contracts, appointment documents, collateral warranties, subcontracts, demolition and piling contracts, deeds of novation, assignment deeds, parent company guarantees, performance bonds, agreements for lease, letters of intent, copyright licences and other associated documents. Adrian has been involved in litigating, adjudicating and mediating in relation to a wide range of construction- and planning-related disputes. Adrian has experience in the energy, education, social housing, industrial, commercial, residential, agri-foods, retail, education, projects/PFI and utilities sectors.
