Timothy Peterson is a partner in the London office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Group. Tim’s practice is centered on representing corporations, financial institutions and institutional investors in financing, capital markets and corporate transactions. He has particular expertise in international debt and equity securities offerings, leveraged finance, including mezzanine financings, leveraged acquisitions and debt restructurings. He represents numerous issuers, borrowers and leading financial institutions and institutional investors in high-yield debt financings and leveraged loans and other finance transactions. Tim has worked on numerous Yankee bond offerings, debt private placements and Eurobond issues and as well as both Rule 144A and US Securities and Exchange Commission registered IPOs and other equity offerings.
