As a partner in the firm’s Global Corporate Group, Deborah Conrad assists clients in a broad range of corporate transactions. She represents public and privately-held companies, investment banks and private equity funds in public offerings, private financings, mergers and acquisitions and other sophisticated transactions. Ms. Conrad also counsels issuers and holders of distressed debt securities in transactions that are designed to deleverage distressed companies pursuant to voluntary exchanges of debt. In addition, Ms. Conrad provides ongoing advice on corporate governance and other matters to boards of directors and special committees of public and private companies.
