Zarko Iankov is a partner in the Memery Crystal Corporate team, having joined in 2018. Zarko focuses on cross-border M&A and general corporate and corporate finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on emerging markets. Zarko has advised on company sales and acquisitions, trade sales and acquisitions, private equity fund investments, joint ventures, public takeovers, “public-to-private”, group restructuring transactions and related corporate finance transactions. He has particular experience in the areas of property, energy, technology, media and communications. He has represented private equity funds, strategic investors, financial institutions, private and state-owned enterprises, as well as acting for family wealth offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Geographically he has considerable experience with transactions involving the UK and Western Europe as well as Eastern Europe, the Former Soviet Union, the Middle East and Africa.
