Jeremy Landau is a partner in our corporate department. He has worked in all forms of corporate finance, domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity over the last 25 years. His diverse sector experience has particular emphasis on the technology, media, and communications, fintech, healthcare/life sciences, financial services, energy/natural resources, cleantech, leisure and retail sectors. He is a member of the firm’s natural resources and technology groups. Jeremy’s experience includes advising companies (both domestic and international), as well as investment banks, on IPOs, fundraisings, and most other forms of ECM transactions on the London Stock Exchange’s Official List and AIM Market, as well as on other capital markets exchanges around the world. Before beginning his legal career, Jeremy spent five years working in investment banking, specialising in corporate finance/project finance. Jeremy is listed in both the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession and the Legal 500, as a leading lawyer in relation to Corporate/Corporate Finance transactions. Jeremy has also been selected three times by Thomson Reuters as a ‘London Super Lawyer’ for Corporate Finance transactions (2015, 2016 and 2017). He is a member of the Advisory Board for Bloomsbury’s ‘Communications Law’.
