Benjamin Bekkerman is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group. Benjamin represents a wide range of international and domestic companies, venture capital funds and other investors in a variety of international corporate transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, private equity investments and debt financing, technology licensing, and distribution and marketing arrangements. In addition, Benjamin provides ongoing legal advice to clients regarding various corporate and commercial matters.
