Shane Wu areas of concentration include corporate, securities, real estate and banking, with a particular emphasis on cross border transactions. Mr. Wu’s clients have included publicly-held companies, large state-owned companies, multinational corporations and financial institutions. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wu worked at a major international law firm and a major international bank. Mr. Wu received his Master of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, and his Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. Mr. Wu is admitted to the bar in the State of New York and in China. Mr. Wu is proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese.
