Bio

Duncan Harvie practice focuses on commercial transactions including giving advice and assistance on acquisitions, venture capital investments, lender side financing and as general counsel. He enjoys working with local businesses and assisting them to grow in their community. Duncan graduated from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2014. While attending Schulich School of Law, Duncan was on the Dean’s List and won several awards, including a Schulich Scholarship, the G.O. Forsyth Prize and the Professor Arthur L Foote Memorial Bursary.
