William Hutchens focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. He represents domestic and international financial and strategic buyers, sellers and investors in connection with public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, venture capital and other private equity investments, corporate restructurings, recapitalizations, and similar transactions. Billy also regularly advises on a variety of general corporate matters, including organizational matters, corporate governance, equity incentive matters and commercial contracts.
