Todd Finger represents clients in the full range of corporate transactions and financings, including mergers, stock and asset purchases and sales, leveraged buyout transactions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, restructurings and recapitalizations. Todd advises clients with interests and operations in the life sciences, consumer products, food and beverages, entertainment and media, and fashion and apparel industries, among other sectors. Todd is head of the New York office’s Transactions Practice Group and co-managing partner of the New York office. Todd is also a member of the Firm-wide Management Committee. In addition to his corporate and operating company clients, Todd negotiates financings and transactions on behalf of private equity and venture capital firms with respect to their investments in public and private companies.
