Dr. Norbert Schulte advises clients on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as joint ventures. Norbert leads the Firm’s German Practice and is a member of the Firm-wide Management Committee. He previously served as managing partner of the Firm’s Düsseldorf office. Norbert has represented large US and European real estate investment funds, investment banks and other financial institutions in a number of real estate transactions across Germany and Europe, with particular focus on hospitality transactions. Similarly, he has represented public and private companies, including multinationals, family conglomerates and medium-sized businesses. Some of the industries Norbert advises include automotive, chemicals, defense, food, pharmaceuticals and mining.
