Dr. Bjorn Biehl focuses his practice on corporate restructuring and insolvency, national and international M&A and private equity transactions, joint ventures and on all aspects of general corporate law. He advises both domestic and international clients, and has practiced in both Germany and the United Kingdom. Björn has wide experience in transaction management and advised in various projects, inter alia, with respect to the pharmaceutical and technology-based industries.
