Mr. Beeby is a partner of the firm whose practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. Mr. Beeby's clients include TSX and TSXV listed companies, institutional investors, private equity and venture capital funds and private enterprises. Mr. Beeby has extensive experience advising clients with respect to a wide variety of corporate and securities law matters and transactions including public offerings of debt and equity securities, public takeover bids, plans of arrangement, cross border acquisitions, corporate governance, related party transactions, private acquisitions and divestitures, venture capital investments and private equity fund formation. Mr. Beeby obtained an LL.B. (Hons.) from Warwick University (England) in 1992 and an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 1996. Mr. Beeby was called to the bar of British Columbia in 1997. He is a member of the Securities and Business Law Subsections of the Canadian Bar Association.
