With a background in business and knack for keeping pace with the breakneck speed of changes in technology, Chris Bryant has expertly honed his knowledge and skill in these practice areas, providing thoughtful and well-informed counsel to his clients. Chris’ practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate and commercial matters. His experience includes advising clients in private placements of securities, corporate reorganizations, and the acquisition and disposition of shares and business assets, as well as the licensing and protection of intellectual property. Since joining MGBW as an Associate in 2007, Chris has embraced the firm’s culture of teamwork, openness, and respect and in turn, has earned the trust and respect of the Kitchener-Waterloo business and technology communities.
