Amy Finch practices corporate, estate planning, commercial and business law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, succession and estate planning, complex corporate reorganizations, restructurings, private placements, and corporate financings. Her core client base includes enterprise owners and their operations, partnerships, and joint ventures. Amy joined the firm as an Associate in 2002 and was nominated to become a Director in 2013. She has served as lead counsel on numerous large-scale transactions and continues to help strengthen the Firm’s reputation for integrity, teamwork, commitment, and entrepreneurial spirit.
