Alan Fox focuses on transactional work, such as mergers and acquisitions and, for issuers and investors, capital raising transactions for both public and private entities, including venture capital transactions. Alan has also represented clients in connection with their various financing transactions, including syndicated loans, general working capital credit facilities and project finance. Alan also represents clients in general corporate matters, including development arrangements, joint venture opportunities, consulting agreements, agreements for the sale or lease of products and agreements with principal suppliers. With a concentration in mergers and acquisitions, Alan has represented companies across many industries, including defense contracting, manufacturing, health care, solar development, entertainment, technology, and media.
